The Darnell-Cookman Vikings girls’ soccer team scored a solid win in its first game of the 2019 season in a 2-0 shutout of the Fort Caroline Cavaliers at home on Wednesday. Angela Lim got the scoring underway with the team’s first goal, and Arden Gozum scored late to seal the victory. Goalie Yza Lopez recorded the shutout with several key saves.
