February 13, 2025: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone
February 14, 2025: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
February 15, 2025: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
February 16, 2025: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
There is a new rise in Harry Potter movies coming out in February. The dates of each movie are listed above. Four movies in one week, that is quite rare from a filmmaker. This is great for us because we can enjoy a bunch of nice movies. If you don’t know what Harry Potter is, let me give you a quick summary.
In the novel, an 11-year-old boy discovers he is the son of famous wizards and will attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry Potter learns of an entire society of wizards and witches. He befriends several Hogwarts students and teachers along his journey. This is an adaptation of the first of J.K. Rowling’s popular children’s novels about Harry Potter, a boy who learns on his eleventh birthday that he is the orphaned son of two powerful wizards and possesses unique magical powers of his own. He is summoned from his life as an unwanted child to become a student at Hogwarts, an English boarding school for wizards. There, he meets several friends who become his closest allies and help him discover the truth about his parents’ mysterious deaths. If you like magical things, wizards, or mystical things, then Harry Potter is for you.
Now back on topic, the first four Harry Potter films will be re-released in theaters in February 2025 as part of the Fathom Fan Favorites series. These films will be shown in order over four consecutive days, starting on February 13, 2025.
I asked a few people their opinions on these movies and Harry Potter in general. Here are their responses:
Anonymous Person Number One:
- Do you like Harry Potter? Yes, I do. I like the storyline of the books.
- Have you heard of the four movies coming out, and did you know they will all be released in one week? If so, how do you feel about it? No, I haven’t. I think it is great, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to watch all of them.
- Do you think because the movies are all coming out at once, they will be rushed? Yeah, I think it’s different. Personally, I won’t be able to watch all four because that is just so many movies, but that will still motivate me to watch the movies when I have the time.
- Did I mention that these movies are re-releases? How do you feel about that? Oh, well, that changes my view of them. I’ve read every single book, so it seems it’s just going to be the movie version of each. Honestly, I haven’t seen a single movie, so for me, this is great. All I have to do is go and check each one out even though I already know the plot.
Anonymous Person Number Two:
- Do you like Harry Potter? Not that I don’t; I just never got into it.
- Have you heard of the four movies coming out, and did you know they will all be released in one week? If so, how do you feel about it? No, I haven’t. That’s great for me because since I want to get into Harry Potter, instead of me looking for the movies, I can conveniently just go and watch them.
- Do you think because the movies are all coming out at once, they will be rushed? Not really. They had a bunch of time to create these movies, so they shouldn’t be rushed.
- Did I mention that these movies are re-releases? How do you feel about that? Well, in that case, the movies won’t be rushed. That really just helps promote their old movies. Since I’m trying to get into Harry Potter, this will be great for me.
Those were their responses. Do you agree with them or have any similar thoughts? To wrap it up, there are re-releases of Harry Potter movies starting on the 13th, which is next week, so be prepared to grab your popcorn or get your money ready to go to a cinema to watch these movies.
